grounded by hand
From learning to earning,
we build real futures.
A workforce and opportunity ecosystem for contact-centre agents and owners, MSME shopkeepers, gig-economy drivers, homemakers, grandparents and students — every hand that keeps this economy moving.

A preview clip — full track coming with the launch.
No One
Loses Here
Every agent, every owner, every parent, every kid still figuring it out — this is the song for all of it. Nine years, one dog, and a belief that nobody who shows up should walk away with nothing.
Not a lyric. An operating rule. Every module, every price, every hand-off on this page is checked against one line — did anyone walk away with nothing?
Shadow-approved. That is the only certification that matters.
Not six unrelated services — one path, walked in order.
Learn, train, practice, place, earn, impact. Each rung only opens once the one under it actually holds.
Learn
Real skill, not theory borrowed from a slide deck.
Train
Practised on the floor it's meant for, with someone who's worked that floor.
Practice
Certified only once it's actually been done, not just explained.
Place
Matched to a real Contact Centre or MSME already listed on this platform.
Earn
A wage, a role, a next rung — not a certificate that goes nowhere.
Impact
The whole ecosystem — agent, Contact Centre, client, student, family — moves together.
What this runs on
Loyalty
Stay in the ecosystem, not just launch into it.
Trust
The client deals with the Contact Centre directly — no middleman standing between them.
Growth
A named next rung, every time — agent to team lead to ops manager.
Integrity
No invented numbers, no guaranteed income, no promises this platform can't keep.
Impact
Real change measured against a real baseline, not a claim.
Community
Agents, Contact Centres, clients, students and families — one connected system.
The two of us, on the record
Not a mascot. First hire, employee 000, guard of the whole thing. Then the founder, 001 — the second name on the org chart, on purpose.
Shadow’s badge is numbered 000 on purpose.
The belief here is that everything worth building gets decided at zero — before the first real step, before anyone is watching, before there is anything to show. He was the first one on the org chart, and he never left it.
Employee 001 is the only other credential on this page that was earned before the company existed. That is where this platform’s standards were set, and nothing since has been allowed to lower them.
Every hand this is built for
Not one audience wearing different hats — six real, different working lives.
Contact-centre agents
A named path up — agent, team lead, ops manager — instead of a job with no next step.
Mid-size Contact Centre owners
Client business they couldn't win alone, plus a workforce that's already certified before day one.
MSME shopkeepers
The same operational thinking that runs a 600-seat floor, scaled down to a single counter.
Gig-economy drivers
A next skill to learn between rides and deliveries, not another app asking for more of their time.
Homemakers and grandparents
A real, saleable skill — or just confidence with a screen — instead of being left behind by it.
Students and parents
A guided path that replaces unstructured screen time with something a parent can actually see.
What this actually teaches, person by person
Not a generic “AI for everyone” pitch — a different lesson for a different life.
Grandparents and the elderly
Confidence with a phone screen without the fear of it — spotting a scam call before it costs them, video-calling their grandchildren without needing to be walked through it every time.
A retired father
Decades of trade knowledge turned into a second income that doesn't need standing all day — advisory or consulting work built on what he already knows, not a course that ignores it.
Homemakers
A real, saleable skill with flexible hours, not another hour lost to a screen with nothing to show for it.
Gig-economy drivers
Most delivery experiences feel rushed and untrained — not because the driver doesn't care, but because nobody ever taught the five minutes of communication that make a delivery feel respectful instead of transactional. That's a short, practical module — not a lecture.
Parents
A way to guide a child's screen time that isn't just confiscation — a visible, structured alternative a parent can actually point to.
Same platform. Same founder. A community, not a funnel — Contact Centres and clients sit inside the same self-sustaining loop, upskilled and running side by side.
“Everyone else outsources the floor and calls it a partnership. I was the floor first.”
Why I’m here — not what I’ve done
Yash Sagar · Founder · The person behind the line
This isn't a resume. I'm not applying for anything.
I started on a call centre floor. Headset on. Script ready. Target above my head.
Years later, I was running a workforce of hundreds and a network of partners.
My feet stopped touching that floor a long time ago. My hands never did.
I still feel it when I watch an agent lose their footing. I’ve been on that floor. This is me reaching back down.
I’ve been rejected too.
The work still stood. The door didn’t.
Funny thing — a year later, a job posting somewhere asked for exactly this:
So here’s what I decided.
Nobody loses their footing first.
Upskill before the fall, not after.
Stop hunting jobs. Start creating them.
Never actually leave.
This isn’t only for agents. It’s for the shopkeeper, the driver between deliveries, the grandparent afraid of the screen, the student staring at it for the wrong reasons.
I’m not an educator. I’m not anyone’s saviour. I know this because I lived it.
You don’t need a top-tier passing experience to start here. Every book, every module, has one practical, set objective — nothing more than that, and nothing less.
— Yash Sagar, founder
Why is everyone suddenly teaching AI?
Right now, business is being done for no real cause. Everyone’s teaching AI. Almost nobody is teaching people to actually use a computer — the thing that comes before AI, not after it.
Why the hype. Why the expense. Why does everyone assume it’s for them, without ever asking: what do you actually do all day, and what would you actually use this for?
Learn what you’ll use — not what someone’s selling.
Real institutions teach this well. That’s not the problem. The problem is the wider circus around it — all building an already-loyal audience for content that has nothing to do with skill. Then one of them launches “business idea number two” — a course sold to people who were never told what they’d actually do with it, or where.
The fear of losing your job to a machine isn’t new. It showed up when computers first arrived too — and it came from the biggest names in the room. What actually happened: the people who learned to work with the machine kept working. The tool changed. The floor didn’t disappear.
But think bigger than one seat. The real threat was never a single agent’s job — it’s an entire floor, an entire organisation, that never learns to move. Picture it this way: the whole Contact Centre shifts into an adaptive culture — every agent, every team lead, every ops manager, upgrading together — or the whole floor gets left behind together. It was never about one person losing a job. It’s about whether the organisation around them learns to adapt at all.
And there’s one thing no machine has cracked yet: tone. India runs on language the way few places do — the same word said differently in a different state carries a different feeling entirely. A machine can translate a sentence. It still can’t tell you “let’s work together” the way a person who means it can.
Training is a vaccine, not a shield
Think of real, applied training as a vaccine for a war that’s already arriving. It doesn’t do the fighting for you — it teaches your own system to build the antibodies, so you’re not the one caught unprotected when the wave hits.
Why a Contact Centre chooses this. Why a client chooses this.
Because it isn't an aggregator waiting to take a cut of everyone's work.
Not a middleman who sucks the deal dry, pockets a heavy setup fee, and hands you an agent who's never actually worked a floor.
Not someone scouting people who don't know what a Contact Centre even is, and calling it recruitment.
The client deals with the Contact Centre. Not with me. I scout to the client’s exact requirement, from Contact Centres already listed and skill-verified on this platform.
Contact Centre gets the business
Client gets the right Contact Centre
Agent gets the job
Student gets a path in
One certification. No hidden add-on to get hired.
A margin on the business it’s assigned — not a setup fee, not a retainer.
Every onboarded Contact Centre signs one before any client work is assigned. It means: the business sourced through this platform isn’t quietly resold, re-routed, or sub-contracted through a different channel once it’s in the door. The Contact Centre gets real work; in return, that work stays inside this pipeline, not leaked sideways to save a margin point.
Every hand at a residential level too
Skill isn't just a Contact Centre thing — it starts wherever a person actually is.
Women's skill circles
Sessions run inside residential societies — a real skill and a real path to earning, without needing to leave the neighbourhood to start.
Society-level batches
A residents' welfare association can host a cohort directly — same certification, same trainer, delivered where people already live.
Family to floor
The same ladder runs from a homemaker's first module all the way to an Ops Manager tier — nobody's skill level is treated as a ceiling.
This is the same ecosystem as the Contact Centre side — same founder, same standards, just starting from a different address.
Merchandise, earned by level
Not sold upfront — unlocked as a level is actually completed.
Family / homemaker level
A small pin — the first, quiet proof a new skill was actually finished.
Student level
A badge and certificate print, made to actually go on a wall.
Agent level
A branded T-shirt — worn on the floor, not just kept in a drawer.
Team leader level
A cap and notebook set — small, but visibly a step up.
Ops manager level
A hoodie — the tier most people actually ask for by name.
MSME / Contact Centre owner level
A full branded kit — because by this level, the business is wearing the badge too.
Edition
No logo on the front. Just a redesigned pawprint, hidden where a real one would sit — three toes carry the brand colours, the rest is just Shadow’s mood that day.
Via an external storefront — link to be added. YashCore holds no inventory.
Nine years, if you actually break it down
Not a timeline. What the time actually cost, and built.
working days spent on some floor or another
hours inside a live SLA, a live target, or a live launch
industries walked through — Contact Centres, retail e-commerce, food delivery, hyperlocal discovery, ed-tech, workforce supply
constant — someone on the other end of a call, a chat, or a delivery, whose day depended on the system working
Figures above are reasonable estimates, not an audited log — the point is the scale, not the decimal.
One rate card, seven modules
Every module is priced once, in the open, and sold to exactly one kind of buyer.
Agent tier
Sold to contact centre floor agents.
Team leader tier
Sold to contact centre team leaders.
Ops manager tier
Sold to contact centre ops managers.
Contact centre business assignment
Contact-centre-initiated — the centre pays only for the client business it's assigned.
Scouting and categorisation
Client-initiated — the onboarded contact centre pays, the client pays nothing.
Founder-led consulting
For any client wanting direct founder access, plus the add-on advantage.
Talent supply and placement
Freshers and job-seekers certified at ₹499; the hiring contact centre or MSME pays the placement fee.
Human-first doesn't mean informal
YashCore is grounded in systems, not just intention.
SOPs
A documented, version-controlled process behind every module, not a verbal understanding.
Scorecards
Every Contact Centre on this platform is scored before it's matched to a client.
QA and audits
Ongoing checks, not a one-time certification that's never revisited.
Coaching and PIP
A real path to improve before anyone is let go — correction before consequence.
Baseline measurement
Where someone actually started, recorded before training — not claimed after the fact.
Post-training measurement
What changed, measured against that same baseline — not a guess.
Not another course from a ring light
There's a difference between someone who studied a floor and someone who worked one.
Filmed with a phone. Lit by a car sunroof once, a bathroom mirror the rest of the time. Zero ring lights were harmed in the making of this brand.
- ✕An influencer selling a course they built last week
- ✕No real practice behind the material
- ✕Nothing built for the person actually on the floor
- ✕A launch, then silence
- ✓Built by someone who worked the floor first
- ✓Practised and tested before it was ever taught
- ✓Built for agents, drivers, shopkeepers and grandparents alike
- ✓Staying in the ecosystem, not just launching into it
Not generic. Built around your actual person.
Same platform, but the content bends around the life, not the other way round.
A song for the exam tomorrow
Not a generic study playlist — content built around what's actually being tested, set to something a kid will actually want to replay.
A song for a daughter's birthday
One dedicated to her, played on her day — the kind of thing a parent means to make time for and never does.
An event, actually planned
The same “how do I even start” problem every one of these audiences has — a shopkeeper's opening day, a homemaker's first sale, a retired father's first consulting call — walked through, not just wished well.
Society batch plan
A residential society enrols a group of parents together at a discounted per-family rate — and that same batch unlocks one seat in the women's skill circle for a homemaker in that society, at no extra cost to anyone. The family side funds the neighbourhood side.
Every audience on this page gets its own version of this. That’s what makes it an ecosystem instead of a course catalogue.
Out with the old computer class. In with an actual AI project.
Most schools still run the same “computer class” that existed twenty years ago — typing lessons and a paint program, while the actual world moved to something else entirely. That gap is where the wrong guidance and the scams both get in — someone approaches a kid or a parent who was never taught the fundamentals, and there’s nothing in their hands to compare it against.
The fix isn’t another lecture. It’s replacing that dead syllabus with a real, small AI project — something a student actually builds, so the next unfamiliar tool that shows up gets questioned instead of trusted blindly.
This part of the ecosystem is still being shaped — better ideas are welcome, this isn’t a closed opinion.
Typing drills, a paint program, a printed worksheet
One small AI project a student actually builds, ships and can explain
What's coming next
SaaS for every hand
SaaS products for everyone this page is already built for — homemakers, grandparents, shopkeepers, drivers, students, agents.
A family-plan AI
And, soon, our own AI — built for the family the way a family plan is, not the way a single seat is.
one plan. every hand in the house.
I am going to revolutionise this sector.
Not “disrupt” — that word belongs to people with ring lights. Revolutionise the way a floor actually works: the agent gets a rung, the owner gets real business, the client gets a centre that has already been scored, and the kid at the back gets a project instead of a typing drill. All on one expressway. No one loses here.
Priced like it should be
Not priced to look cheap. Priced so the person who needs it most can actually say yes.
Roughly the cost of two movie tickets — for something that doesn’t end when the credits roll.
PAW Personal Signature
Same PAW mark you already know. This time, it’s built around you — your mood, your phase, your inputs, turned into a Signature nobody else has.
Not a generic design. A YashCore Signature — created once, worn on whatever you choose.
Both picked the identical mood and style. Fictional demo profiles — no real customer data is ever shown publicly.
The generator isn’t live yet — this is the plan, shown honestly. Want to be one of the first Signatures issued when it opens?
“Why Are You Handing This To Someone Else?”
Both are real offers. One scales. One is just me.
THE LINE
Everyone’s got an angle. We make sure your line’s covered.
Not venture-backed. Not sitting behind a boardroom that’s never touched a floor. THE LINE exists because I’ve been on every side of this industry already — e-commerce, food-delivery scale, ed-tech delivery, BFSI compliance, across borders — before I ever brokered a single outsourcing deal. By the people who took the calls. For the people still taking them. To the people deciding who takes them next.
AI ranks the shortlist before a human ever represents it.
AI flags call-quality drift. A human still represents.
Risk surfaced early — before a client ever has to escalate.
Always a person on your side, informed by AI — never an AI standing in for one.
Get a YashCore Agent ID. Let Shadow hear you. Get recognised.
Quick KYC, three spoken prompts, a CEFR level from A1 to C2 — and a public scorecard any recruiter, owner or client can verify by your ID.
Tell us where. We’ll tell you how.
Society, RWA, MSME cluster, college, or just your own floor — this form goes straight to us, no middle layer.
Stored on this platform and mirrored to info@yashcore.com — no trackers, no resale, no third party in between.
